If your rank is less than the cutoff opening rank of a NIT then you will surely be eligible for that NIT. If you want that NIT just fill it in your counselling process and you will surely get it. I hope you have got the point.

Yes you will get NITs on this marks .it will hard to predict rank in jee mains 2019 but say it about under 15000-20000.

Well you have a good result. As per Careers360 Rank Predictor your probable rank will be around 85k-93k and the category rank 752-1052. So there is some chance for you. Also I am providing you the link for the cutoff :-

It would be difficult to predict the admission cutoff & admission possibilities as JEE Main Is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time. Giving a review to my college is its overall good
College Infrastructure
The Infrastructure of our college is good and have good facilities and equipment in laboratories. College is well maintained and clean and have smart boards in each and every class, wifi is also available for uses.

College Infrastructure
The college has many buildings and labs. Most classrooms have projectors. There is a reading room in the library. Hostel is okay with shared rooms. Food is healthy but not tasty every day. Wi-Fi works well in hostels but not in all classrooms.
Good transportation facility is available for my college

College Infrastructure
Classrooms are simple and clean. Labs are available for all branches. Hostel is clean, but food is average. Library has books for every subject but some are old. Wi-Fi is not strong in all areas. Sports ground is small, but some games are organized.
