Definitely your percentage in 10th and 12th standard matters a lot in your selection to elite colleges like IITs or NITs. But you also need to clear their cutoff in JEE. You need to score a high percentile.

If your rank is less than the cutoff opening rank of a NIT then you will surely be eligible for that NIT. If you want that NIT just fill it in your counselling process and you will surely get it. I hope you have got the point.

Yes you will get NITs on this marks .it will hard to predict rank in jee mains 2019 but say it about under 15000-20000.
