It would be difficult to predict the admission cutoff & admission possibilities as JEE Main Is being counducted twice by NTA for the first time. Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs  for the core branches. You can use

Sorry to say but with this score you can't get nit. You can apply for new iiits or gftis or state government universities.

As you asked for placement of Narula Institute of technology for civil branch. So I want to make you clear that  the placemnt in this college for civil branch is near to null whereas placement for core branch like CSE,IT there are placement but not that much good.
