You may have not have a chance to get any good branches like CSE at the top NI

Based on your percentile and category your rank will be around 21000-24000, in SC category and you may be eligible for giving jee advanced.

See the chances are not that high for you to get any NIT or GFTI. I would recommend you to give the April exam and the best amongst the two would be your score , than you may get your desired college.

No 70% is not a good percentile score because I am 30% students are ahead of you therefor your rank would be more than 200000 and there are only 30,000 seats in NIT therefor being from open category it is impossible for you to get into NIT and

It would be difficult to predict the qualifying marks as of now. JEE Main 2019 exam is to be conducted twice by NTA for the first time.
51.10 is a low percentile and with this percentile score, it is difficult to get admission in any decent Engineering College.

Our college Narula institute of technology , Agarpara has provided us with a strong , safe environment along with all the necessary facilities including spacious classrooms , libraries stocked with proper curriculum based books clean and hygienic cafeteria . our college provides with a strong wi-fi system along with other electronic facilities including smart boards , projectors and also CCTV cameras which again provide security , even our labs are well equipped with gadgets and tools use for practical purposes .
