The faculties of computer science and engineering branch are very much friendly and supportive also. They organised various kinds of seminar and programs to enhance the academics. The computer labs are too good also. The placement is completely depend upon a student how much activities he did in 4 years. In the term of this there are various kind of activities all over the year. Computer science and engineering branch cost total 5.5 lakh for general categories. the placement rate is about 80 percent. The the medium salary package is about 5.5 lakh per annum.

First of all, you cannot appear for NSEJS after 10th, even in 10th very few people qualify the age criteria required. Now, for NSEC and NSEP, as the level of questions vary significantly from year to year, and it only contains 10% of the questions, given the syllabus in class 10th. Instead of writing NSEP/NSEC, build your basics by writing RMO and NSEJS. NSEP for example, is much tougher than JEE due to the time constraint. Go for RMO and NSEJS, not NSEP/NSEC, but if your fundamentals of +1,+2 are clear, then go for the rest.

Nothing like this is done. To join IIIT hyderabad you have to get rank which will make you eligibile for the  different streams offered for graduation. You can choose stream based on your rank or get a good rank to get a stream in which you are interested.

You have to give your best and practice in a way that you will get an admission into IIIT. The percentile considered for admission is 98 and above.

None of the private engineering colleges in Kolkata or for that matter in West Bengal are fit for any kind of technical education. Barring JU (Jadavpur University), no college under WBJEE will give you the kind of education and Infrastructure that you are currently expecting. This is the hard reality of education in West Bengal. No college is up to the mark. And to top it all, they are all affiliated to MAKAUT ( Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology).

In case you are opting for CSE or IT, I would suggest these three colleges ranked considering placements since last few years -

Institute of Engineering and Management ( IEM).

Heritage Institute of Technology (HIT).

Techno India Salt Lake ( TISL).

But it needs good rank,about 7000 . Below which you can opt either AOT or NSEC which one is closer to your home.
