sorry to say but you'll not be getting DTU on your provided rank. The rank for DTU closes well below 100000. So you've not got any chance for admission in DTU on your present rank. You can try different colleges. Also if willing, you can apply in the private institutes. All the best!
yes you have a chance but for that you may have to wait long and there is no certainity and if you are delhi delhi outsider then chances are even less
