As per statistics, last year's cutoffs for DTU
- For Delhi Region
- General: Ranks 35254 (1st round) - 48293(6th round) got Biotechnology and the rest branches required much higher ranks throughout.
- For Outside Delhi
- General: ranks 9404 - 17044 got Biotech while rest branches required much higher ranks
But if you are from Reserved Category (SC/ST/OBC): you have good chance of getting into DTU for
- Environmental engineering
- Biotechnology
- Engineering Physics
Hi ! My answer is absolutely no. To get a seat in DTU you must have a rank within 10,000. Even home state quota also you may not get a chance. If you are of caste other than general caste then you may have a slight chance to get but that is too also at last moment or vacancy. So best to you.
