Nope! There are many institutes which accept the score of JEE MAINS and MHT-CET but that doesn't mean you have qualify the both. If you have valid score in MHTCET then you can take admission on the basis of the score through the counselling. Its not necessary for anyone to qualify JEE MAINS mandatorily.

hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at your percentile chances of gettting top branches in colleges are very very less even in SC category . I would say instead of going on these branches where coding culture is very very low , so I would say start looking for other better options . Following is the link of cut off:-

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general. Now on such percentile in MHT CET you have very good chances for getting D Y Patil College of Engineering and Technology and also you can get some other colleges.
On such percentile and category you have good chances of getting many colleges with different branches through MHT-CET counselling according to previous year's cut-off.
