Hi aspirant, CET eligibility creteria is as follows;
MHT CET Eligibility Criteria 2021 - Candidature Type
Candidates should have secured a minimum of 45 % marks (for the General Category). However, the minimum marks for reserved category and Persons with Disability candidates (belonging to Maharashtra State only) are 40%marks.

based on the marks, you got in MHT CET, you have no chance to get a govt campus.
for govt college, you have to score marks around to 150-160. this may vary.

No...You don't have to give CET to get admission for any Diploma courses. You should have your class 12 or class 10th score card from a recognised board. The percentage required in qualifying exams varies on colleges.
To get admission in Dpharm the admission criteria is on merit based .That is t he list are prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 12th board....
