Do you mean your admit card? because that will remain open for download right till the day of your exam on 3rd November. As for your application form, you wouldn't be needing it on the day of the exam to enter the exam center if I'm not wrong.

Don't worry . Firstly go and check you register e-mail they have send mail at the time of registration.  It contains your application number.  Check spam folder also.
