Hey!
See, as you have not attempted kcet entrance exam, there is no point of attending the counselling procedure (steps: document verification). This procedure is for those candidates who have written the exam and are having valid scores and ranking in same.
When you write neet exam and qualify that, then you can attend neet counseling to select the colleges in which you wish to take admission.
Hope I answered your query
Thank you

Hello Dear,
For any tough competition one must prepare a proper schedule and study according to that. So first make a schedule which will you exact idea of what you require to study.
Before going for sample questions solving, understand and grasp the basic concepts of each subject and formulae.
You also should prepare small notes of each topic which is covered by you. It will help you at the time of revision.
I would also suggest you to Ash for mentorship in your locality because it's not possible for you to understand each abd every topic. Getting into a good coaching and attending regular classes will surely help you with constant mindset about preparation.
Solve previous year papers, give mock tests and practice well.
Marking scheme is +1 for correct answer while no negative marking is offered. The exam duration is of 2 hours only. It consists of three parts, part A being general ability and general knowledge, part B being physics, chemistry biology or mathematics, all of MCQ type.
Hope you got your answer. Good luck!!!
Hi Basavraj,
As you mentioned only CET so I prefer it as a KCET as the college is in Karnataka that is Devnagere. The cut offs of for colleges changes year to year but generally the cut offs must be nearly same to that of last two to three years cut offs.
according to last two years cut off for the branch that you mentioned that is chemical engineering is nearly 25000 to 32000 of rank but as you get the rank 44300 so you have very low chances to get this college but also you would try to get admission.
Also you can use our college predictor tool which can help you in predicting good colleges according to your rank.

I would suggest you to try to get admission in another branch if you want that particular college. Also if you are passionate about chemical engineering then you can try to get the admission in another some good colleges in Karnataka with the same rank of KCET.
The another way to get the admission in chemical enginnering in BIET is you can go with the another exams KMAT or COMEDK.
Best of luck.
