As mentioned by you that your entrance exam score is very low i.e below 50%. I will suggest you to appear for MAT once as it is easy to score . Also college will see your 10th,12th and Graduation score. There will be weightage of the GD/PI as well. You can try tier 3 colleges for your MBA. If you perform well in the interview there is a chance of getting admission in a tier 3 college. For taking admission in a good B-School , requirement of score in 10th,12th and Graduation is throughout 50% . If you have this much score you can apply . Advantage of having good score in entrance exam is that you can avail scholarship offered by the college on the basis of that score and also minimum 50% in entrance exam comes under admission criteria of a good B-School.

As of now, the counselling dates for KCET 2020 aren't announced yet. As per the information given in KCET Information Brochure if a candidate haven't passed in all subjects in the qualifying exam are not eligible for seat allotment. Counselling may begin at anytime if he doesn't obtain the result on or before the counselling and he is not eligible to participate in counselling. However, he may participate if his compartment exam results are announced on or before the counselling provided he must pass in the subject.

As far as I know you might not be considered falling under obc ncl since your family income is above 8 lpa. I am saying "might" because if they do not conduct a backgroud check (what they usually do for obc ncl by asking them for finances of the family including annual income of the father etc) they you might be considered based on the certificate you already posess fro obc ncl.m If they do ask for the family annual income ercord then you will not be considered hence it is a matter of chance (sometimes). As you may know KEA has released an official criteria for availing relaxation under reservation for KCET. For 2A reservation (under OBC quota) you need to fullfill the criteria of your family having an income of not more than 8 lakh. According to this you wont be eligible for 2A category. Chances are More to get VSSUT still it would be better to apply for both the option in the counselling process. There will be some rank relaxation for female category and home state quota but your rank has to be in range of cutoff. You may get in further rounds so keep trying if you don't get in 1st round.

Check 1st round cutoff and how much it will be lowered in 2nd round. Is you rank near to it. Look out for these details and take step.

for current year, cutoff is unpredictable as many factors are still unknown and it will be finalized only 2nd session of jee mains.

Sorry but you cannot get medical admission by cet

this is not CET exam this is MH CET exam which will give you admission in medical the full form of this is Maharashtra common entrance test which is conducted by the (DMER) directorate of medical education and research, this is only for taking admission in all health science courses in state medical and dental colleges.
