It's not about marks. It's about the rank which you get. CET is a common exam for various courses offered by pau and in one go they do counseling for all the streams. Based on ur rank and other credentials (sports person, belonging to reserverd class) they will offer you a seat and then you have to see whether you are getting seat in your desired course or not.

BHMCT stands for  Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology . It is a undergraduate course  of 3 years and the Maharastra government takes admission by the MAH -BHMCT CET  in various colleges. Due to the pandemic situation the CET exam is on hold but the dates will be notified soon.

It is a online mode exam conducted in English and has objective type questions. The exam duration is 90 minutes and exam is conducted once a year.

The exam evaluates one on English language, General Knowledge and  awareness and  Reasoning. Total 100 MCQ are there with one mark for each and no negative marking.

With marks below 50 you wouldn't be able to get any good college and your chances will be very very low as you're rank will be above 25 thousand or more depending on your IPE marks like if you secured 90 Percentage in IPE then your rank will be around 25 thousand with 50 marks in MHT CET and as your marks decreases so will the chance of getting good rank and good college decreases
