The College of Engineering Trivandrum, commonly known as CET, is the first engineering college in Kerala, located in Thiruvananthapuram. It is an AICTE and NBA approved college which was established in the year 1939. It is affiliated to University of Kerala.

In order to get admission in engineering here the basic eligibility criteria required is that the candidate seeking admission should have passed 10+2 with at least 50% and KEAM score is also required.

The size of the campus is 125 acres and has all the facilities like separate hostels for boys and girls, library, cafeteria, hospitals, laboratories, sports and others.

There are no minimum marks required in CET for admission in UG Agriculture course. For 25% of marks obtained in Class XII - PCMB and CET are considered for admission.

Minimum Percentage 50 % - 60% in 10+2 from recognised board
Subjects Required Physics, Chemistry and Biology

I am assuming you are from KArnataka(since you have not mentioned it) and you are from general category. As per your marks you have high chances of getting admission in University of Agricultural Sciences( Dharwad) in Agri Management and College of Agriculture(Hassan) in agricultural biotechnology as well as in horticulture.

Cut off marks are calculated by dividing marks secured in each subject by 4 + 50 . Then total marks are divided by number of subjects.

As you have got 48 marks in biology, 48/4 = 12

Your cut off for Biology will be 12+50=62

Physics 26/4=6.5 + 50 = 56.5

For chemistry 28/4 = 7 +50 = 57

according to the new education policy, we now know that National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct one common entrance exam for admissions to all the universities and colleges for undergraduate degrees ,

There's no such updated information about the MHT-CET till now, I'll ask you to wait for some time to get the updated news and keep checking the official websie of MHT-CET

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of the college is great. The labs and classrooms are well equipped with smmartboards and other needed equipments. We have a main canteen and a separate mess facility available. Our playgrounds are also well maintained and we also have separate courts for football, basketball and other sports.
