Actually you haven't mention about which states common entrance Test you are talking about.so it is quite difficult for us to predict or tell about all Common entrance Test.

But in general as per you have special category you may get a seat in government college.

Ramya, by now you must have got your rank. You haven't mentioned your Category. But there are 5 Veterinary Colleges that participate in KCET Counselling. In 2019, a rank of 3748 secured a seat in Veterinary College under OBC Category. The cut off for SC Category was 3292 and 699
