As you said that you have entered wrong gender in your CET application form.It might cause you trouble during identification process when you go for writing exam.

To get admission in Government Medical College, Aurangabad you need to give NEET exam. Government Medical College, Aurangabad accepts only NEET score it does not accept admissions in cet. You haven't mentioned you are asking for MHT CET or KCET. As you are from Karnataka, I am telling you about KCET 2020.

The eligibility criteria of KCET is a student should have passed 12th standard examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory examination and any of the following - Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer and also have studied English.

Secondly, student should obtain minimum 45% aggregate marks should have been secured in three subjects in 12th standard qualifying examination. For SC/ST/OBC students, the minimum  marks is 40%.

So, you are lagging in the first criteria as you have failed in Class 12th Maths Examination.

A m CET 2020 is a national level common entrance examination test which offers admission in aircraft engineering courses in all over India. It is a MCQ type examination. You have to pass your 10 plus two level with physics chemistry and mathematics or should have 3 years of diploma to get admission. There are about 4500 seats in total.

Actually there is no data of how many students appeared in this examination there official website so it is is impossible to tell about. Buy some reports in 2019 the student count was about to in 28000. So in this year this may be e around 30000 or more or less.
