As per your question according to the data MH CET may be a state exam,so if you're a domicile of

Maharashtra you'll definitely have a benefit.

The MH CET result thus far has been great,well consistent with the last year i.e 2019,the MHCET cutoff

was about 150+ for general.

Dear Aspirant, if you have qualified the AME CET exam then you also need a 3 year engineering diploma from any recognised Board/University

The college which you have applied take the admission of the students based on the merit or some other basis.so,they will not consider any of your entrance exam score.

As you said that you have entered wrong gender in your CET application form.It might cause you trouble during identification process when you go for writing exam.

Well each college has a different eligibility criteria for admission each college has diferent cutoff but stiil if you aim for high mark upto 150 you will get amission govt colleges of maharashtra
