As per your query fee structure is only depends on what streams you will choose.For engineering courses  on an average 5-6 LPA will be the total fee structure excluding additional fees but when we talk about excluding fees extra expenses like hostel accommodation and mess, it will be additional 20k - 30k  annually .

well if you want to get admission in the colleges of forestry you need to attempt kcet examination conducted by the karnataka board and you have to score more than 50% marks. they are 2 courses available in that college

In each and every (almost) Goverment colleges, admission in Bsc Agriculture happens direct through the marks of 12th of any student. But if you give the Entrance exam, ICAR conducted by All India Agriculture then on that basis you can get any college in India.

I think you made some mistake because college of engineering in trivandrum offers only :

M.E /M.Tech., B.E /B.Tech, Ph.D, M.Arch, M.B.A, B.Arch, M.C.A., M.Plan.

There is no B.Sc agriculture course in college of engineering trivandrum.

However, there exist a College of Agriculture, Vellayani, in  Thiruvananthapuram  under Kerala Agricultural University which offers B.Sc agriculture course which is a 4 year course. And to be eligible you only need to pass 12th class and you should have science stream.

Yes, you can join the course in aeronautical engineering through CET exams.Exams like MHT CET,AME CET etc.But for the government colleges you have to give the JEE Mains Examination and get a good rank.
For various Private Universities,that offer the course have different admission criteria which varies depending on the institution. Most of the colleges and institutions conduct their own entrance exam too.
