KCET is scheduled to be on April 22 and whether it will take place or be extended depends

there is reservation for seats for Ex-servicemen in college where 1/3 seats are reserved and 2/3 for foreign and PIO. College of Engineering Pune accepts MHCET score for admission.

in MHCET, cutoff score  for general category for COEP is 168 for home state quota  and if you have ex-servicemen

There is no restriction to fill forms in IPUCET you can fill both, however after your result you have to manage counselling  between the two, Also check the eligibility for the two exams

see kcet form correction date is march 19 to march 27, 2020. however in the application form you  can not change your date of birth, and it is already mentioned in brochure. however you can email the exam control authority relating your problem, this will be beneficial and safer
