If your caste validity application as OBC has been rejected, it may affect your MHT CET form if the category details do not match the official records. You cannot claim OBC benefits (like reservation) without a valid caste certificate. Instead of filling a second form, consider contacting the MHT CET helpline or authorities to update your category to "General" in your existing application. Submitting two forms may lead to disqualification as duplicate applications are not allowed. If the authorities allow category correction, ensure you complete the process before the deadline. For future admissions, focus on addressing the reason for your caste validity rejection to avoid similar issues in other applications.
If you have an EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate but did not fill out the MHT-CET form under the EWS category initially, you may still have options to rectify this, depending on the specific rules and deadlines set by the examination authorities.
Here are some steps you can take:
Act quickly, as deadlines may be approaching, and it’s important to follow the official procedures to ensure your eligibility.
