You cant you have to withdraw before round thrird round in order to get Rs40000 back and it would take time to get the money back in bank account but dont worry you will get better college in sliding round since in sliding round empty seats gets filled and there are a lot of chances for upgradation.

Thats a fine rank but getting vips is a bit not possible at thistrank itiis actuallyt difficult to get it but still you must try it and give an attempt to it atleast as it may be possible that you may get it in other rounds of counselling as well. So just wait and good luck!

I'll suggest you to go for CSE in Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil College of Engineering rather than opting CSE in Saraswati College Kharghar. As, Vasantdada Patil College has well experienced faculty and has classrooms and labs well equipped with modern tools and gadgets.

these streams have had placement of 3-3.5lpa and have good faculty and infrastructure,

Else for any other field you should opt for vasantdada patil college sion.

From this year, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental  Ayush and Veterinary Courses. So NEET yakes over CET exams for admission to B.V.Sc Courses. So from this year, if you want to become a Veterinary Doctor, you should appear for NEET. 

hey dear, dont loose hope as you were not  college alloted in csab round 1,your score is good enough to secure any other college seat.So dear , the cutoffs varies for every college ,the important thing is that one should attend the counselling and try his/her chance so i would advice you to attend counselling for desired ,all the best.
