I'll suggest you to go for CSE in Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil College of Engineering rather than opting CSE in Saraswati College Kharghar. As, Vasantdada Patil College has well experienced faculty and has classrooms and labs well equipped with modern tools and gadgets.

Else for any other field you should opt for vasantdada patil college sion.

From this year, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental  Ayush and Veterinary Courses. So NEET yakes over CET exams for admission to B.V.Sc Courses. So from this year, if you want to become a Veterinary Doctor, you should appear for NEET. 

hey dear, dont loose hope as you were not  college alloted in csab round 1,your score is good enough to secure any other college seat.So dear , the cutoffs varies for every college ,the important thing is that one should attend the counselling and try his/her chance so i would advice you to attend counselling for desired ,all the best.

As your query is you want to know whether it is possible to take admission in 2nd year in in any of the options you have left me. 

I like to tell you since the course that you are depicting above is not that much clear for me to understand but in my opinion what the information that I have gathered in most of the cases in second year spot admissions are not possible in the case of second year the only admission procedure is through the lateral entry. 

entrance of lateral entry the college you are looking forward to take admission you need to qualify the minimum eligibility criteria for that to take admission and once you are qualified based on those you are all set to take admission in the college.
