The outside infrastructure is good but classroom are not so well maintained. The outside infrastructure and the garden are very well maintained. Inside campus there are canteen also where you can get good quality food.

The teachers here are very helpful with your academics and outside the academics also. You can ask for important questions as well during examinations. Some of them provide best notes which can help you to pass semester exam with good SGPA.

The placement here is average not so good and not so bad. As I am in first year so I am not be able to answer it properly but as I seen some very good companies and startups come to our college for providing internship and for placements.

The college is overall good and you will like the outside infrastructure of the college. and the academics here is also very good. But the location is not so good as it is not in town or not in village it is midway between the two.

It has all the necessary infrastructure like a central library, all the different labs which necessary labs also they've smart classes. All the labs consist of 2 lab assistants for helping the students. College also has playgrounds like Basketball ground, football ground and more. Most of the classroom have AC in it. It also has a canteen, ATM, Auditorium, boys’ hostel and girls’ hostel inside the campus. Campus premises are always well maintained.

Currently, I'm studying B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering specialized in Cyber Security and I'm studying this because at the time of admission I thought that it is new branch in the college so, there were less number of students in this branch so, I can interact with teachers easily and they can guide us more and also I want to explore this field so, I choose it. Here, all the professors are good and they help a lot and also the course curriculum is well updated so, it helps you to get jobs

Approx. 80-90% percent students are placed with an average package of 3-4 LPA so, I think it is good as it is 3 tier college and having this average package is quite good. Its highest package is 40 LPA from Computer Science Engineering branch. Also, TPO cell tries their best so, that all students gets placed and makes the procedure easy.

Approx. my course cost 1L per year this is only course cost living in hostel and extra expenditure costs are excluded. I think paying to this course is worth.

In every college there are different types of students here also you can find sam everyone is doing different things some of the students prepare for gate, some for good jobs, some for UPSC and more its on you how you can utilize it. And, teachers are very supportive whatever you do they will always guide you. It is about 150km far from main Kolkata so, you've a benefit of getting less distracted also in near there is government hospital and college also have a 24*7 ambulance service.

It has all the necessary infrastructure and all the facilities available here are enough to make us feel comfortable and to make us feel confidence to face any difficulties .The classes and library are really big along with modern facilities of learning equally equipped here

Currently I am pursuing my B.Tech degree in the field of Data Science which comes under a specialization of Computer science and engineering branch... now-a-days since it's all about the data and technology so it's really beneficial as well as intersting to enroll and learn this subject.

Placement are really stunning here from the last few years which makes us feel confidence that our future is secured here The winter and summer training program are so amazing which makes every student's confident to face the real life program.

Yes it's a value for money..all the facilities including classes ,food, canteen,sports,and everything are well furnished and equally maintained everytime. Whether it's about the teacher or the practical facilities all are well maintained and designed according to the students need.

The best things is the campus over here.It has one of the largest campus among the top colleges of west bengal,it contains many grounds which are large enough to play football cricket and as well as we have basketball and volleyball court here too.

The best things about here is the senior junior interaction... it's is really an interesting experience over here as well as the seniors really help us to excel any other courses or any other fields of interest other than out college studies.

College has a good infrastructure and all needed facilities as wellas equipment for educational purposes.Our college has moderate classrooms,good laboratories,and a big library and also have games and have many hostels to accomodate maximum number of students.

I am a student of first year from branch of Information Technology from my college and I should say that the academics is average comparison from other colleges. The type of study they provide us to make them job ready we should have to work hard on our skiils to develop us.

The quality of placenents is good in our college.Tgere are about 85 percentage of student placed from the IT branch as far as I know.I didn't know the highest salary package but the average salary is around 4.5-5.5 lacks per annum.

Ye my college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. My college have all the necessary facilities like free wifi, too many books in library, smart boards in classroom. Living spaces are clean and food is hygienic.

I am studying Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology because I like to learn tech related things. The quality of teaching is moderate but teachers try their best. Yes the curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the field.

The quality of placement at my college is good. Most of the students got placed. The highest package was 45 lakh. The average salary offered is 4.5 lpa . Yes, the placement process easy and pleasant for me.

Yes it's best and good at the same time , i do love it and , teachers are good and helps a lot even head of department of every department is good, best library, smart class room gym and many more but no wifi in hostel

You will get a lot to learn as they have good teacher,just focus on studies , college clubs helps you to find your interest and guides you to go for what you love an important part of life decisions as it helps to understand practically

Maximum placement is like 11 LPA and very less people get it but yeah their you will get a good if you are serious for your studies and an average package is also okay okay like 5-6 LPA for IT and 4 LPA for non IT students

Yes it is ,with a little cheap cost of living here you will get good returns, Soo it is value for money like other colleges in west bengal it is little less and gives good you can sure trust this in that aspect

Freedom joy and many more , specially in hostel . So please go for hostel , hostel Life is best . Very less thing in the city and friends makes every boring place a memorable one soo make more and more memories here

College has the best Infrastructure, good facilities, equipment. Library is one of the best, also we have a gym and a pool(not for swimming purpose except holi if your luck gives you a favor and you get support of seniors) .Hostel is also good and I do like food of hostel and yes their is no wifi in boys hostel and probably free wifi in girls, not sure about girls

Depends on you how much you want to grab the opportunity and stays focused Because their is lot's of distraction , college life you will understand very soon once you get into it, department teachers are good

You do get a placement, at least of 4LPA a little is enough to get at least this much, placement is bit good, highest was 11 to 12LPA ON campus placement of very few like 3-4 in total, you get 9LPA is you are very good and good to grab the opportunity

Overall yeah it is, and i know we have a dress code but yeah it's good in some way

It's freaking good, except going to class. classes reminds me school days and their is no outing place in the city, still you will enjoy if you get a good bunch of freinds

The college has a very nice infrastructure with large playgrounds all over campus. There are different well-equipped laboratories, a single big library and departmental libraries, gym, sports centre and Hostels for to accommodate each year students. All are very well maintained.

I studied Computer Science and Engineering. My DGPA for all 4 years was 9.01. The quality of teaching is good as teachers are very supportive. Its you who has to remain active and not waste time. The syllabus has been updated.

So let me tell you about my placement history. I was placed in multiple companies like TCS,Wipro,Infosys,Cognizant and Hexaware Technologies. I was offered TCS Digital with a package of 7LPA. I have joined TCS. The Training and placement cell helped and supported me with all my requirements and making my placement experience flawless. From my branch which is CSE, 95% students got placed and some went for higher studies with highest package being 23 LPA. Average salary for 2021 Batch - 4.5 LPA.

Per Year tuition fees excluding hostel was 82k. With hostel it was 1.06 Lakhs. My college is just like what a college should actually feel like. Its not just a building and some classes which some of the colleges in west bengal have. You literally have everything an engineering student would require to develop himself or herself.

Proffessors are most supportive in my college. We do have the senior-junior difference and any student has to respect his or her senior if senior deserves so. My college is located in a wonderful and peaceful place in haldia. Its surrounding is more similar to a developed village having all facilities. Its definitely very safe for everyone until students fight with locals.

I have spent 2.5yrs of my college life in Haldia and rest at home(Corona time it was). It was a great experience and a timeline that has lots and lots of sweet memories associated with it. I just love and miss my college.

HIT, Haldia has one of the best infrastructure in WB. It has wonderful laboratories. There's a huge library and the food served is great. Hostels are also very good. There are 8 hostel for boys and 4 hostel for girls. The rooms of hostels are superb. there's only one problem 3 or more than 3 students are kept in a single room. apart from this everything here is so good.

There are quite good professors. They are highly experienced and very knowledgeable. The professors of our department are very cooperative and is always there to help. They are very interactive and well devoted for the welfare of the students

Placement of IT companies are very good, almost every company like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, etc. Visists here and hire almost 70% of the students. while the placement of core branches are difficult. but companies likes HPL, Phillips, IBM, J&C visists here and hire students.

It is one of the best private engineering college in WB and offers the b.tech degree at only 3.5l which is superb.

the campus life at HIT is amazing like literally amazing. The evening here it's so so so good. there are canteens, gyms, ds, everything present here. you can enjoy by going there. the campus life here is really very amazing.

Yes , College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment, there is no any such type of facilities like wifi, smart boards in classrooms , in laboratories, but High speed wifi in available in library, yes there is living species clean and the food hygienic.

I am studying electronic and communication engineering because I am interested in both coding and electronic. Quality of teaching is quite good yet because I m in 2nd year right now so I know only upto 2nd year teacher or professor. Yes our curriculum is updated, yes the things which is teaches here makes us able to get a job after 4 year of graduation.

Placement is 60% to 70% overall. But placement is excellent in chemical branch around 95% , it sounds fake but it is true. And the placement for ECE, CSE, IT is good around 70 to 80 percent . Average salary offered 3.7 LKPA and the highest package is around 20 LKPA which is get by an ECE students.

90 thousands per annum . And the total college fees is 3.6 lakh excluding hostel or mess fee. Yes I feel my parents money is worth it. Because in this fee everything is good.

College campus is far far better than any private engineering colleges in west Bengal . 38.6 acres is not a small campus. There is lots of tech fest , program, cultural fest, sports etc for exploring yourself. Teacher and staff are supportive but the some seniors are weird. Yes it is safe . Yes it can handle emergency.

Overall it is good college at this college fee. Everything is okay with this college.
