In 2019 round 4 of counselling a candidate with rank 104 (General girl rank) secured seat in Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. Considering this it is difficult to get seat in this college. First of all you must mention your category that from which category you are secured 2217 rank in upsee.

Now, assuming that you have secured this much rank from general category then congratulations you did very well in exams.
As your preferred branch is Computer Science Engineering in IET Lucknow or kNIT Sultanpur then it is not possible for you to get this branch even if you belong from home state quota or All India quota.

Because last year the cutoff closing ranks for cse branch for general category students was :-

IET LUCKNOW :-
Home state candidates - 534
Other state candidates - 294

KNIT SULTANPUR :-
Home state candidates - 1052
Other state candidates - 1142

So getting cse branch in these two colleges is not possible, but still add your rank is good then apart from cse you can get other good branches too.

Assuming that you have secured 618 os rank (other state rank ) from your general category, then congratulations you can easily get IET lucknow.

As per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks for other state general category candidates, you can easily get - chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering till round 3 counselling.

But there is no chance that you can get cse branch even in round 4 or spot round counseling.

As you belong from obc category and you are a female candidate, then with this much bcgl rank of 2832, you can not get IET lucknow.
Because as you have secured 2832 bcgl rank, then that means your general merit rank is around more than 10000. And with this much general merit rank you can not get iet lucknow.

As per seeing the last year cutoff closing ranks for bcgl category on basis of genral merit ranks, even in spot round counseling, you cannot get any seat.

Last year the highest cutoff closing ranks for obc girl candidates on basis of their genral merit rank was - 5899 (for chemical engineering in round 4 counseling).

So, as your general merit rank is much far away from this much rank, then you cannot get iet lucknow.

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, you have only chance to get   B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Closing rank  for CSE In  Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) is 708. And for ECE is 2087.

So, you have no chance to get these branches in this college.
