As this is the one of the most recommended institution of UP so that the cut offs for this institution are generally very high.

Yes there is a chance of getting a seat in IES via reserved category. Mostly it depends which branch you are going for. Last year the end cut was around 3k for getting a seat in IET through reserved category. So all the best and go ahead, you may bag a seat till final round of counselling.
