Sorry Nitin, but I don't think you will get IET Lucknow. Your general rank will be around 65000. It may vary depending on the difficulty level of the paper. With this rank, it's very difficult to get a good govt college. I think you should go for private colleges.

Hello Sir. Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow, popularly known as IET Lucknow, is a state government engineering college located in Lucknow. IET Lucknow was established in the year of 1984. It offers courses like B.Tech and M.Tech at the undergraduate and postgraduate level respectively. Other programs offered at the PG level are MBA and MCA degree courses.
IET Lucknow Admissions are granted on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidate in UPSEE-AKTU (Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Admission Test). In some programs, the marks secured in GATE are also taken into consideration.
The college offers good placement opportunities to the deserving students. You have to score 428 marks and secure a rank under 2000. It is enough for having a seat in any branch. But it would be safer to score 430+ marks to get your preferred branch. Moreover, you must at least score above 400 marks to get admitted anyways.
Hello student,
IET Lucknow is one of the good college under AKTU for electrical and electronics branch.
As college have well equipped labs with all facilitates and the faculties there are also good.
But if you are thinking of placements from there then I would say don't go there as the placements are not that much good.
Hope it helps.
Thank you :)
The infrastructure of IET Lucknow is well-equipped and efficient for students. The hostel and library amenities are reliable, and the Wi-Fi connection is stable throughout the campus. The campus is safe, and hostel entry is controlled appropriately. Classrooms have projectors and adequate seating.
The infrastructure of the college is in shambles to tell frankly. The library has strange restrictions for taking up laptops. Classrooms and labs are okay with satisfactory and Wi-Fi connections are provided. Hostels are terrible. Food is tasteless and only one canteen is there on campus. The sports complex of college has been under construction for past few years with yet no completion in sight.
The library is good; all books are available in our college library. There is no need to buy books from outside as the library allows borrowing books for a particular time. Classes are fully modern and clean. The computer labs are also clean, and all systems are in running condition. Wi-Fi facility is available but does not work properly.
