Thanks for your query. At a rank of 2700 it is quite difficult to get IET lucknow. Actually, The GL rank is considered nowhere, they just provide you for the sake of it. None of the UPSEE colleges cosider the GL rank only the GN rank is considered,

If you have got this rank in upsee you can definitely check out these colleges. They offer quite decent academics.
