As an OMS (Outside Maharashtra State) student with 95 percentile in MHT CET and 75 percentile in JEE Main , your chances in top government colleges in Maharashtra are limited, since OMS seats are fewer and highly competitive. However, you still have a decent chance in private colleges like VIT Pune, PCCOE, DY Patil, and MIT-WPU under the institutional or management quota . It's important to apply early and keep track of institute-level rounds for better chances.

Dear Aspirant,
At a 1443 rank in AP LAWCET 2025, you stand a good chance of being admitted to a number of law colleges in Andhra Pradesh, most likely in non-university law colleges, though there is a possibility of landing admission in a university law college as well, especially in case you are a part of a reserved community like BC, SC, ST, CAP, or EWS. Although admission may be very difficult to procure in the initial round in high-ranking institutions like Andhra University (AU) or Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) in the general category, there is still a chance in subsequent rounds or through the quota system. You can get a good probability to get the admission in the mid-tier law colleges such as Daita Sriramulu Hindu College of Law in Machilipatnam, Siddhartha Law College in Vijayawada, VR Law College in Nellore and Indira Priyadarshini Law College in Ongole. Also, the intake and cutoffs are usually higher in the non-government law colleges such as NBM Law College, NVP Law College, Aditya College of Law and Sri Eshwar Reddy College of Law all of which have very high ranks in Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Tirupati respectively. Even your prospects will look better when you are opting to be in the 5-year integrated LLB program since this degree has fewer applicants than the 3-year LLB program. Admission is purely reliant on your category, local quota (AU/SVU/OU), gender reservation and presence of the special quotas like CAP, NCC and Sports.
Best of Luck

Hii,
A 39 percentile in MHT CET for the OBC category gives you moderate chances not in top-tier colleges like COEP Pune, or VJTI Mumbai,but definitely in some good private or semi-government colleges in Western Maharashtra.
Civil Engineering is often less competitive than branches like CSE or IT. Based on past cutoffs, a few colleges you should look ;
These colleges have cutoff percentiles around 35–50 for OBC in Civil, especially in later CAP rounds . Also, don’t hesitate to apply for branches like Mechanical, E&TC, or Production Engineering, which are sometimes easier to get into and still offer solid career options.
Make sure to complete the CAP registration, keep an eye on document verification dates, and don’t skip any round .
Wishing you all the best!
Hello,
At 58.60 percentile in MHT CET Law 2025 and from SEBC category your admission to top government law colleges for the 5-year integrated LLB program is difficult. But you can still have a chance in mid or lower-tier private law colleges and some aided colleges depending on cutoff fluctuations. Some colleges may consider applicants around 50–60 percentile under SEBC, especially if rural or minority seats are left. You should definitely apply through CAP and include as many colleges as possible in your preference list. Also look at colleges outside Mumbai and Pune for better chances.
