If you fill the IPU CET form but miss the exam, don’t worry—no action will be taken against you. Your application will simply not be considered for admission. You won't get a rank or seat, but you can try again next year or apply through other admission options if available. It’s common for students to miss exams due to health or personal reasons, and it won’t affect your future applications. Just make sure to plan better next time!

Hello Deepak,
No, it’s usually not a big problem if your MHT CET admit card has only your name and surname , while your Aadhaar card includes your father’s name in the middle .
This is a common issue, and exam authorities generally accept it as long as:
The name and surname on both documents match correctly.
There’s no spelling mistake or major difference.
Your
photo and other details
clearly identify you.
What You Can Do:
Carry a supporting ID proof like Aadhaar, school/college ID, or PAN card.
Inform the exam invigilator beforehand at the exam center if you’re unsure.
If you still feel doubtful, you can call MHT CET helpdesk and explain your situation.
But most students face similar name format differences, and it doesn’t usually affect your exam eligibility. Just stay calm and carry valid ID proof.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, then feel free to share your questions with us, we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.
Hi aspirant,
Here are the colleges I filtered based on ranks between 20,000 and 30,000 in the MH CET. Depending on your rank, you will find private colleges and lower-ranked government colleges. These institutions mainly offer engineering programs in non-CSE branches, as the cutoff for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) tends to be higher.
Hello,
No, you cannot apply for the INI CET exam using just your application number. You must have either a provisional or permanent registration number from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or Dental Council of India (DCI) at the time of online registration. Without this, your application will not be accepted.
If you have applied for provisional registration but haven't received the number yet, it's best to wait until you get it before submitting your INI CET application. Also, remember that during the final admission process, you will need to provide your permanent registration certificate.
Hope it helps !
If you missed your MHT CET exam on 3rd May 2024, unfortunately, you cannot take it again this year. The exam is conducted only once a year, and there is no re-exam for missed papers unless you had a valid reason and the officials allow a retest (which is very rare). You can try contacting the MHT CET helpdesk to explain your situation. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait for next year’s exam to apply again.
