According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or any good government college as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Bachelors of Science in Forestry is a 4year duration undergraduation course. The basic eligibility criteria of this course is that the student should be a 10+2 pass from recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. But it might slightly differ from college to college.
Top colleges list in BSc Forestry and their admission procedures are as follows-
1.Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology: Admission based on merit cum entrance exam marks.
2. Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University: Admission based on merit.
3. Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya: Based on merit cum entrance test.
4. University of Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences: Admission based on merit cum entrance exam.
5. Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology: Admission based on merit cum entrance exam.
So, entrance exam is not mandatory in all colleges for BSc in Forestry. But it is mandatory in most of the colleges.
And if you were asking about College of Engineering, Trivandrum (as you have mentioned in the question tag), BSc in Forestry is not available in this college.

There are many colleges in Maharashtra who takes admission on the basis of Preeminent Education & Research Association(PERA) CET. The exam authorities have already generted the application form and the exam will be conducted online soon.

Since you have not mentioned the stream whether it is Engineering, Medical, etc.

you can check your email id and phone number to check whether you can find the message/email or not.

once the registration is successful, the authorities send a email which can be used for later purpose, there you can find your cet ID and then use the forgot password link to set the password again using the registered phone number.

If you have not submitted the application you can edit the documents. Or you can redirect to the page . For every previous uploaded document there will be option of edit . By clicking that you can upload the original document. If you have submitted the application . The official will give dates for correction in application. So then you can edit the application.
