Compared to both the Colleges, the placements opportunities are not that great for Core streams but good for CS and IT students. In terms of infrastructure and Facilities LPU is the better one. In comparison to CSE stream LPU is the better choice. Many IT Companies like TCS,Wipro, Infosys, CTS Visit the campus for recruitment. The competition is also high in the campus.

It's ok. You can continue your course. All the subjects for  the second semester will be considered as arrears. You can clear them in next semester with those subjects. If your institute has any special option to write arrears immediately opt for it. Inform your issue with respective professors also.

As per my view, if you are getting haldia institute of technology non core branches then you should go for that and if not then go for future institute of technology in Sonarpur. But please keep in mind don't go for core branches in west bengal because there is no scope for core branches in west bengal.

So, if you are getting non core branches then kindly go for it. Adding something to this, there is a bit of ragging problem in hit haldia irrespective of the bond signed for anti ragging.

Hi student, yes you can get a seat in Haldia Institute of Technology as it allows direct admission, also for eligibility point of view one need to have above 60% marks in his/her 10+2.
