ALL THE BEST

Hi Aspirant

A lot of students face this kind of dilemma during counseling.

The most important thing that must be kept in mind is that one must go for a subject that one likes the most.

Before joining any particular Branch you should gather as much information as you can about that branch from people associated with that particular field.

You must know about the career options and curriculum of the particular branch before joining it. Hope this helps and All the Best.

Hello Nitesh,

Heritage Institute of Technology is one of the best engineering colleges in Kolkata. They have an excellent faculty who will motivate and guide you properly throughout the 4 years. Infosys, Wipro, ITC Infotech, TCS, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra are few of the companies who visit the campus for recruitment.

All the best!

Dear Aspirant,

Congratulations for cracking the West Bengal Joint entrance examination.

You are going to join heritage Institute of technology, Kolkata. You will take admission in information technology branch.

Now you are confused that your choice is good or bad...

According to me, your choice is right.

Because information technology has a very good future prospect.

You can build your career in a multi national company.

Information technology is a demanding branch now.

Heritage Institute of technology has a decent Placement record for CSE and IT.

Best of luck.

Hii aspirant ,

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that if you had got ECE  in heritage institute of technology then be positive as you are going in to that college for the next four years and saying seriously the area of interest of your matters of you like ECE then no matter from where you are doing you will excel in every field related to ECE .

So just be positive and stop reacting and hearing to the rumours about the college and the branch.

Hope this helps you.

Good luck.

Hello..!!

It is difficult for you to get admission in heritage Institute of technology. But you can get following colleges:

Bengal Institute of technology

Haldia institute of technology, production engineering

Elitte college of engineering, mechanical engineering

DSEC, KOLKATA, CSE.

HOPE this is helpful

Dear aspirant,

I'm providing you the link in which you will get each and every information regarding the previous year cutoff or opening and closing rank of various colleges under Wbjee. Below is the link.

https://wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjeebcouns/orcr/PrevYearORCR.aspx

I'm sure this will help you. All the best..!!

Dear Aspirant,
No,it's not true.
You can sit in other companies also.
If they are paying more, you can sit .there is no problem.
Thankyou

Hello aspirant,

Heritage institute is a very good college and has a very good reputation. Though there is no separate reservation for obc category students in heritage college so you will get admission on your general category rank only. Also if you belong to west Bengal then home state quota will also apply to you . And with that you will get admission in this college with a very good branch. Without Home state quota also you will get admission but then you will only get a very lower branch.

Hope this helps.

If any queries feel free to ask.

All the best!!

Regards.

Classrooms are well-organised. They are too big spacious enough to sit. The college is fully Wi-Fi enabled, but the network is the worst, so no one uses it. There is a hostel facility for girls and Boys, but it is just average. The campus is very large, so there are very sports grounds like cricket, football, basketball, and table tennis.

Tech fests are Conducted very well
