Congratulations for the great results.

With the general category rank of 18341 it difficult for you to get into IET Lucknow but with the sc category rank you will surely get a seat in this college. According to the last years cutoff in the sc category you will surely get the cs branch and IT as well as EE and ECE so you can choose any of the branch according to your interest as you will surely get a seat in any of the branches. You may to wait till the 3 Rd or 4 th round of councilling but yes you will get a seat at all.

Congratulations On Qualifying UPSEE-2019 as I assume 44 is your rank so the seats in point of lateral at IET Lucknow or BIET or KNIT or REC's are less. But your rank is good enough to land you up in any if the above so You can Go For IET but I'll recommend Try For BIET and RECs too as the are the same.

Congratulations on getting such a good rank in your category. I must tell you that the counselling of AKTU is done on the basis of your general rank and not on the basis of your category rank. Your category rank will come in hand if the seat is empty for your category quota. I find it very hard for you to get IET Lucknow with this category rank for CSE or IT, rest of the branches it is possible. Still, you should attend the counselling and fill your choices perfectly and carefully. All the best!

Based on last year trend, the closing rank for Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow was around 400. So, considering your rank, you have a chance of getting IET Lucknow this year as the trends change every year depending on the difficulty of paper and seats available. 

Coming on your question that how is this college, so considering the student reviews, IET is overall a good college with nice infrastructure, good college life and decent placements.
