lateral entry cutoff/closing rank  is quite low for IET and KNIT. here are some details for lateral and for obc category:-

• IET:- for mechanical engineering :- 11-27
  
•  civil engineering :- 16-22

With the score you're mentioning I'm afraid you have less chances of getting IET for MBA as there's a huge rush for the college. But a caveat is that they don't witness any placements. So if you have appeared for any other examination or have some other colleges in option
