Hi Ramkumar, with this marks, I think it's very hard for you to get IET LUCKNOW. It will be very difficult for you to getany good government college. I think you should apply separately for private colleges like United Institute of technology Prayagraj etc.

By comparing the two colleges results are as follows :

1. There is no auditorium, hospital, cafeteria and transport facilities in IET, Lucknow whereas these facilities are available in MMMUT

2. There are more faculties in MMMUT but student is to faculty ratio is less in IET than MMMUT. 

3. both are Government colleges but fees of MMMUT is 6.92 lacs and fees of IET, Lucknow is 1.6 lakhs.

           I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your question, Based on previous year UPSEE cutoff 14000 rank is not sufficient to get a seat in  IET Lucknow you have little chances for some branches. IET Lucknow cutoff in 2017 for BC-AF category  is as follows

                                                Chemical Engineering   -  11326

                                                 Computer Science       -  2361

                                                Electronics & Communication    -   3980  

                                                Electrical & Electronics    -  3844

                                                Electronics & Instrumentation   -  15469

                                                  Information Technology   -  2782

                                                       Mechanical    -  3346

   So based on these cutoffs you have good chances for Electronics & Instrumentation. But remember cutoff changes every year based on several factors so we can't expect what will happen this year maybe 14000 rank can get better opportunities this year.
