Last Year closing rank for B.Tech CSE in IET Lucknow for 3rd round was 1082.

Since it is very close to your rank, you have decent chance of getting CSE, but only if you do the couselling upto 3rd round.

In 2016, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 1241 to 2701

in 2017, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 209 to 1016

In 2018, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 309 to 728

From this, you can clearly figure out that you can surely get the CSE branch in IET Lucknow even in the first or second round.

These cutoffs are for the Mechanical branch for the obc category.

In 2016, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 2041 to 2236

In 2017, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 1984 to 2967

in 2018, after last round-

Opening and Closing Rank- 1933 to 2736

I think you will be able to get after the first or second round.

Hi Candidate! Well, you performed good and your girls rank is also good. But saying that you got iet college with cs or IT in this marks easily is wrong. It totally depends on number of students taking admission in IET. But there is decent chance if not CS or IT you will get EC branch.

Assuming that you belong to the general category, and since you are under the benefit of falling in the sub category for girls, you might easily get admission in IET, Lucknow in the civil branch as it had the opening rank of 1814 and the closing rank was 2672 last year.
