IHM Mumbai Facilities
Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Mumbai provides infrastructural facilities to the students and staff for the benefit of the students. IHM Mumbai facilities include around 15 lecture rooms, three training kitchens, the quantity food kitchen (QFK), the individual kitchen (ITK), the basic training kitchen (BTK), the demo Kitchen, training restaurants (the graduate and the fusion), a computer lab with around 25 computers and a library with over 5,000 books.

- I.T Infrastructure
IHM Mumbai has a well-maintained IT infrastructure that has computer systems installed with the latest software and hardware. It also looks after all the network-related issues.
- Laboratories
The institute has computer laboratories inside the college premises. Students can visit the laboratories to get practical knowledge for a better understanding of the theoretical subjects.
- Boys Hostel
The institute provides hostel accommodation for boys students. It has well-furnished rooms on a triple-sharing basis. A kitchenette is also available for the students to provide them with healthy meals.
- Girls Hostel
IHM Mumbai has separate accommodations for the girls' students. Wardens are available to take care of the hostel students. Rooms are provided to the students on a triple-sharing basis.
- Library
IHM Mumbai library has a wide range of hospitality books, journals and magazines. Students can visit the library to refer to these books for additional information for their studies.
- Cafeteria
IHM Mumbai has a cafeteria that provides food and beverages to all the members of the college at a reasonable price. Students can visit the cafeteria during their free-time to hangout with friends.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is quite good, with modern classrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and amazing labs. The campus also has excellent dining facilities, a spacious library, and dedicated recreational spaces. My course was mostly online tho because of covid.

Structure of the college is not so good as it's an institute of hotel management and catering technology Mumbai and everyone knows the fact that there is place constraint in Mumbai so keeping this fact in mind the college is still do's much better

The institute of hotel management, Mumbai has not got a very good infrastructure & also the college bakery classrooms lacks in air conditioner but the college has got a computer lab which can accommodate a group of students at the institute being a government college ranked ad second it's quite ok

Eligibility Criteria for Hotel Management is passed 10+2 from a recognized board having English as one of the subject. Candidates belonging to general category or those from OBC Category have upper age limit of 22 years, while for SC/ST it's 25 years.
