Hello Santosh,
Domicile cut-offs are unpredictable. You can apply and get a seat only if the domicile category is selected. You can apply, but the chances of getting either of them are rare.

With an AIR 1215 General, Female in CLAT, you have a good chance of getting BA LLB at CNLU Patna in the third list, as last year the closing rank was around 1398. Keep checking the official counselling portal for seat allotment updates and options to float or freeze
