You can get CSE in Haldia by the end of 4th Round.

You won't make the cut in IEM and Heritage

If you take a look at the average packages the colleges provide there isn't much of a difference.  However, considering various other factors, Bangalore College of Engineering should be a preferred choice. Sit and see what suits your convenience and choose the best.

With 15000 rank it will  be a bit difficult to get a seat in the first round of counselling in those colleges.

As per previous year closing rank of comedk you have chances in dayanand sagar  academy of technology and management, bangalore in civil engineering. Last year closing rank for general category candidate was 32627. So with 19k rank you have fair chances to het admissioned into this college but not BMS
