With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in the earlier rounds of counselling in IET Lucknow. Even in the later rounds of counselling if you are able to get a seat in IET even then getting CS or IT will still be very difficult. Although you can try in spot round where you might have a chance of getting a seat of your preference. Hope this helps.

No, there is almost no chance to get admission in IET LUCKNOW. Based on your marks you have very low rank. As IET LUCKNOW is a good government college you must have good rank for getting admission in this College. You can apply for other Colleges:
1. Amity School of Engineering Noida
2. IIMT Engineering College Greater Noida
3. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida
4. Sharda University Greater Noida.
5. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad
These are the Colleges where you can get admission based on your rank in UPSEE. So go through these Colleges. You may get some benefits due to in SC category. As counselling is done on the basis of the general rank so you must have good rank. You can come to know about these Colleges by visiting their respective websites. The college Shri Devi Institute of Engineering and Technology at Tumkur offers good placements to the students who apply for admissions to the college. The college has a good staff and the faculty makes sure that the student gets a quality education. The college organises a number of training classes for job placements. Various technical seminars are also organised to allow the student some insight into the working of the companies. The companies come to the college and offer job and good salary packages to the students.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is good not best , there is very few wifi installed in campus , libraries is good and most of the academic book are available, and issuing book from library is hassel free , classroom is decent .

Infrastructure is normal according to Government affiliated one. Not that maintained as in private institutions Greenary is there in overall campus area In first look one may not like but it's environment around is quite peaceful.

College Infrastructure
According to me College instfrastructre is very good and college is have high building and large playing background and college have large amounts hostel have been situated for everyone boys for available.
