No, there is almost no chance to get admission in IET LUCKNOW. Based on your marks you have very low rank. As IET LUCKNOW is a good government college you must have good rank for getting admission in this College. You can apply for other Colleges:
1. Amity School of Engineering Noida
2. IIMT Engineering College Greater Noida
3. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida
4. Sharda University Greater Noida.
5. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad
These are the Colleges where you can get admission based on your rank in UPSEE. So go through these Colleges. You may get some benefits due to in SC category. The college Shri Devi Institute of Engineering and Technology at Tumkur offers good placements to the students who apply for admissions to the college. The college has a good staff and the faculty makes sure that the student gets a quality education. The college organises a number of training classes for job placements. Various technical seminars are also organised to allow the student some insight into the working of the companies. The companies come to the college and offer job and good salary packages to the students.

IET has kept the closing rank as 64 for MBA finance. For MBA human Source management the closing rank is also the same.
You may apply for it and give a try. you should go for other government colleges like:-
- Bundelkhand IET
- IMS Gaziabad
you can opt for any college but IET is a bit difficult to get.
ICCMRT has 3.4 rating which may not be good but may be good also. environment is as per our thoughts and needs. we have to adjust at every place. May be the facilities are not good.

It might be quite difficult for you to get a seat in Institute of Engineering & Technology,Lucknow as their cutoff is expected to be a bit higher. However there are 50-50% chances that you may get a seat in Institute Cooperative & Corporate Research & Traning,Lucknow as you are almost on the borderline of expected cutoff. Talking about Institute of Co-operative and Corporate Management, Research and Training, Lucknow is a good college. Placements are decent with highest package being aroun 6 LPA and average package around 3-4 LPA with companies like ICICI, Karvy, HDFC, RSPL, Godrej, LIC, etc. visiting the campus for placements.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is good not best , there is very few wifi installed in campus , libraries is good and most of the academic book are available, and issuing book from library is hassel free , classroom is decent .

College Infrastructure
According to me College instfrastructre is very good and college is have high building and large playing background and college have large amounts hostel have been situated for everyone boys for available.
