IET Lucknow All Questions

For CSE and IT both curriculum and placements are good in IET Lucknow. 

CS and IT has good placement. Approx 60% students from CS - IT get placed at an avg package of 3.5 lakhs. TCS, Wipro , Newgen, are big recruiters here. Apart from this Adobe and few more good IT companies are also recruits from campus.

According to my research, on the basis of last year's cut off of IET Lucknow, You may get your desirable branch in IET Lucknow. Also, Lucknow is becoming a very developing city day by day, So the oppurtunities are also increasing for the same.

There are chances for you getting CSE at IET Lucknow. Keep your hopes floating for the counseling rounds. If not, the second best option is Electrical at IET which will still lead you to a good coding culture once you get into IET.

IET houses many of my friends who have gotten into coding despite being from a different branches than CS which speaks volumes of its coding culture.

I think as best one is computer science is best you need to work hard for placements. But you may not have govt jobs with this ur not eligible for any groups. U comes under general or any graduate. Job competition is more.

If your main concern is related to fees you should go for IET College as it is government college and fee structure is less as compare to Thapar.

As per the ratings IET college has AAA+ rating which means good.

If we compare the colleges than thapar is better college as it provides excellent placements but the fee structure is high so, you can go for IET it is also good college and provides good placements.

Hi Divyanshu, In my opinion, the priority of a student should be branch. Choose that college which can offer you your preferred branch. Colleges above have medium difference in quality with IET being the better one.

If you like coding and stuff, you should take CSe at MMMUT GORAKHPUR.

First of all congrats for securing 13k rank in UPSEE . As per my knowledge students below 5k ranks are eligible for almost all top branches for IET till last round(it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very less chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling while in spot round or last round counselling you may get some lower branch :)
