The college infrastructure wasn't upto mark. There was just one common ground for all activities and apart from it, there was just one small basketball court and volleyball court. Also their was only one small academic block.
Academics were not great. Teachers were average. No one guided properly and just did teach for formality. Though there were few teachers who were good but most just roamed around showing their power. Not recommending.
Placements were great. Around 200-300 companies came to Chennai campus and all SRM campus had placements from Chennai Campus only. The only drawback was that preference was given to students from Chennai campus over other campus.
Not worth 12L
Campus Life was good only because of friends
NA
Yes it has all the necessary infrastructure, equipments. Our college has good facilities overall, wifi and all everything, clean living spaces good and tasty hygienic food as well and clean canteen as well.
I studied computer science and technology from my College, good teaching quality, well versed teachers as well, interactive teachers and ready to help the student always too whenever the hellp is needed.
I think all the students were placed in my point of view and the placement is overall good in our college. Average salary offered is around four to five lakhs and the process is also very easy in our college
The infrastructure is good, with all facilities. The classrooms are well maintained, and we have a huge library with all the required books, The sports facilty is nice too. The food is fine and the living spaces are clean.
The quality of teaching is good. But there are a lot of non-CS subjects in my Computer science degree in the first year, which I feel should not be there. but this trend is followed in most colleges in the country, including IITs. The curriculum is fine, and for the later years, it has recent developments in the field too. It will for sure make you job ready. But if you want a top package, learn more than that is taught in college, related to your field.
Placements have been good. A high number of students get placed, and the top package is just like other top institutes, for CSE branch. There is placement training for students too, which helps them with the interviews.
The fees is 2 Lakh per year, I feel it is high. Like, we are only doing online classes right now since the pandemic, and are not able to avail any facilities and the infrastructure. Online class should not be priced so high.
Campus life is good. You will make a lot of friends, the students are friendly. The teachers and staff are supportive. The location is a bit outside the city. The locality is safe, there are proper security measures and guards.
During lockdown in the Covid era, the college have provided all the things needed to make study easy. All the notes and other materials needed to study habe been provided on time even during the difficult time of covid.
In the 1st year of my college life, i have meet a lot of teachers and all of them are very good. They all have a deep and very good knowledge about their respective subject and they teach us well enough.
I don't have gone through placement yet because it will be after 3rd year. But the college placement record is good enough. on an average it is seen that about 80 Percentage of the total students gets placed.
Course fee per year is 2 lakh.. which i personally feel a little bit high. A slight lower fees can make it available for lower middle class people too.
I have just started my journey last year and thanks to covid i have never been in college physically yet.. so giving star based on what i have heard from senior.
The college is good and it gives certificate from its ktr branch. Moreover the teachers are good with good knowledge about the subject.
The college infrastructure is good.We had air conditioned labs and apple desktops which helped us learn better.Infrastructure was good, we had sir conditioned labs and apple desktops which helped us code better.
I studied bachelor of technology in computer science from SRM University. The curriculum is updated with the developments in the fields. It is enough to make you job ready, but if you want a top level package.
A very good number of students get placed, especially in CSE where salaries are also better compared to the other branches.Students are selected for specific placements to his choice.Top recruitments are TCS , Infosys, Wipro, etc. The is supportive throughout.
The college infrastructure is good. We have good clean spaces for living in hostels and alse the food is hygienic and good. The classrooms have smart boards and projectors which also have the facility to attach your laptop directly. All the labs have amazing facilities, high end systems ( mac ), projectors, smart boards. All classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned. Our college library is the biggest highlight of campus, it's a 3 floor library having all the necessary things present there.
I was studying Bachelor of technology in computer science specialization. All the languages and technologies which are latest are covered in the curriculum. The teachers are amazing and very helpful when it comes to clearing doubts and helping students to discover new technology and discuss regarding that.
The placements quality is very commendable. 8000 plus offers were made from more than 600 companies. 90 percent students were placed. Higest package was 41.6 Lakh per annum which was offered by Mocrosoft.
Yes all things are fine. Classroom is fully. Aircondition . Libraries are well maintained and organised .hostels are also hygenic..though a little less space but its quite i teresting place a d a good experience for a student to grow
Computer science engineering.needs to be updated as its the computer field and technology changes every seconds. I am studying this course i am obsessed with computers and really into them. It thrills me a lot
Placemenr is quite nice ...if you have the skills you will surely get placed avg salary 3 - 4 lacs. Almost every student gpt placed who went to chennai and gave his best shot for the interview .yeahh....
12 lakhs for 4 years in total i cluding everything like notes food and all other wise study wise i had 1.9 lkh/year i guess it is worth of money if we leave few things aside . Teaching were quite friendly and understanding . Some are rude but helpful.
Campus is quite big not as great as chennai one but yeah one cannot forget this campuss sports activities are there. Teachers are really helpful and friendly and you do not need to worry about anything if you need something.
No
We had air conditioned labs and apple desktops which helped us learn better. All the classrooms are also centrally air conditioned , equiped with comfortable desk and chairs. We had one lift which helped to be in classes quicker.Classrooms were big enough to accomodate 60 students.I stayed in a hostel so have encountered everything but food was really up to the mark. Also our college had a 2 floors library which helped us in all possible ways.
The curriculum was upto date.Everything was covered by the professors.I did computer science and engineering because I have always been close to technology and coding. Not job ready but definitely job prepped.
Quality of placement was really good 55% of the students got placed in dream and super dream companies. There were classes to help prepare for the placements.Average sallary was 5-6Lpa.It was pleasant and helpful.
B-tech costs you a whole fortune here also it is no different but as the learning goes it was worth it.
It was very safe for girls to roam arround.Best of college would be the huge ground, canteens.Worst was too many strict security people.
Overall it's a 4/5 college with good proffers, good learning and amazing infrastructure.
Infrastructure was good, we had sir conditioned labs and apple desktops which helped us code better. All the classrooms are also centrally air conditioned , equiped with comfortable desk and chairs. Classrooms were big enough to accomodate 60 students.
I studied bachelor of technology in computer science from SRM University. It was very nice. The teachers were extremely supportive and imparted quality education to us. They paid equal attention to all the students.
The quality of placement from SRM University is excellent. For placement we are required to go to the main campus in Chennai, highest salary package offered was 40 lpa. Average package is of 7-8 lacs.
The infrastructure is nice and facilities are good. The classrooms are well maintained. Sports facility is also good. Thefood in mess is heigenic and tastes fine. The living spaces are also clean and well maintained.
The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is updated with the developments in the fields. It is enough to make you job ready, but if you want a top level package, you will need to take help from other online learning sources as well.
A very good number of students get placed, especially in CSE where salaries are also better compared to the other branches. And the college also prepares and supports you for placement time. Overall, placement quality is good.
The fees is 2 lakh per year, excluding hostel fees, but they will also take some additional fees like exam fee of 4000 per semester. I wouldn't call it value for money, atleast at the time of online classes we are having right now due to covid.
Campus life is good, sports facilities too. Teachers and staff are supportive. Location is outside the city, but not an issue, as there are enough facilites inside and near the campus.
Generally, it's a decent school and has pretty much every office accessible. Positions: 88% situation record. The most noteworthy bundle offered is 40 LPA, the least is 5 LPA. 80% of the understudies got entry-level positions.
For CSE, SRM Ghaziabad is better. The Ghaziabad grounds are old and offer better
Hi,
In my opinion, you should go for KIET.
SRM being a deemed university is entirely different from the colleges which are affiliated to Aktu (Abdul kalam technical university).
KIET is best in all respects whether it is related to Academics or extra curricular activities. The college aims just not
Hello Aspirant,
SRM GHAZIABAD is one of the most preferred campuses for SRM. The campus is very well developed in terms of infrastructure. You need to have a rank between 9500 - 10500 for admission into CSE branch.
Usually, more than 50,000 candidates appear for the entrance exam every year.
