We have to research about the management project. Thesis, practical file, technical papers have to be written in ph.D management. Professors are very knowledgeable. They help us to write technical papers and project management work.
College Infra
College infrastructure is overall very good. It is one of the oldest college for management in India. Central library, computer lab, auditorium, trading lab and financial management laboratory and hostel facilities were available in our college.
Placements
Placement of IIM Calcutta is very good. In the last batch 60-65% ph.D scholar got placement in top universities as a visiting professor. Remaining 30-35% ph.D scholar got job in private or government sector as a corporate employee. Average package in starting is approx 20 LPA.

Residential programme all students leave on campus which fosters wanting extracurricular peer learning Active students life many clubs events cultural fees success runs been conducted students Amenities like leisure the recreational informal spacious scenic spots make campus life enjoyable residents are modern many hostels are good social species study species etc

Very strong placement record average salary or package offered is high domestic and international packages are quite large Top companies in banking consulting finance tech etc recruit heavily from IIM Calcutta Students get roles across a variety of domains internships our internships placements are good generally strong

The reputation quality of academic strong placement the R O I tends to be high for many students specially for those Wanting careers in finance consulting general management facilities infrastructure exposure are top even among Indian B schools which adds to what you pay for

IIM Calcutta teachers are very helpful and they were knowledgeable about their teaching skills and processes. This course is curriculum relevant and it does make students industry-ready. The teachers teaches out of syllabus which was important for future.
College Infra
IIM Calcutta, provide facilities for a digital library and good internet connectivity with a good internet speed. The food provided is decent for the students. Provided a good infrastructure and course is good overall, equipped with industry-demand course are present in the curriculum.
Campus Life
Life in campus was good.
Placements
Most of the placements are for sales. There is also a tie-up between the college and reputed companies with a good package, providing a great start to a career and future growth potential for the students the college will have good placement.
Value For Money
Yes college is value for money.

adpr OBC NCL category all round
In IIMC Delhi, the cut-off ranks for OBC-NCL category in 2024 were different for each course. For Advertising and Public Relations (ADPR), the closing ranks were between 63 and 832 across all rounds. This means the last OBC-NCL student who got a seat had a rank of around 832.

Hi, I'm trying to do a pg diploma in pr and advertising in iimc, I've 83 on cuet, can i get a seat in there at spot admission?I am in the OBC category, up to what marks to get spot admission last year? Is there a possibility of getting spot admission with marks above 70?I saw that the cut off there
There is No chance of getting a seat With a CUET PG score of 83 in OBC category in the IIMC Delhi PR & Advertising course through spot admission since the past cutoffs for OBC were much higher.
