Great for starting my career or to change my career line.
Academics
They have great academic curriculum and highly educated faculty and staff. Provide good support and guidance for future career needs. Subjects are more focused on imparting real world knowledge than just theory.
College Infra
Ample green spaces and sitting areas, hightech classrooms and equipment is available. Hostels are newly built and everything is clean and functional. Single rooms are provided which are good for privacy.
Campus Life
It is located outside of city in an SEZ area, so there is not much facilities available around here, for that you have to travel to city which is 15 kms away. They have good sports facilities and an essential store, students can have walks around the campus or chill in mess or cafes, but there is no adequate health centre or more number of options for entertainment.
Placements
The median and average placements are always inflated. Most of the companies are giving under 12 lpa. Only top 10% get good placements, rest all get less than average packages. Roles are also of mostly sales and marketing.
Value For Money
If you really want to advance or start or career and want that IIM tag, then it is value for money but the way they are increasing fees every year but there is no change in placement records, it becomes less value for money in terms of roi.

IIM Nagpur campus is in MIHAN, Nagpur. It is situated a bit away from the main city. It has state of the art infrastructure with all necessary facilities world class training classrooms, modern auditorium with advanced technology, state of the art hostel facility ( each student gets single occupancy room), sports complex, gym, badminton court,having so many activities and mess service. All committees and clubs are student led . L
Placements
average package is 15lpa.( mostly for freshers ) .maximum can go upto 30 lakhs ( for students having more than 1 year of experience). Overall good, having 100 percent placement policy. International policy is also there.

iim nagpur is better than NMIMS, ?
Hello,
You should go for NMIMS rather than IIM Nagpur. NMIMS is one of the top B-schools in India, and only because there is the mention of the tag of IIM, you should not choose IIM Nagpur, as many IIMs are not yet good enough for acquiring quality education. NMIMS

I am general engineer male with cat score 111.5, cat percentile 93.37, tenth 95%, XII- 83%, graduation 89.33%, work ex of 10 months, can I get shortlisted for IIM Nagpur??

As per the previous year cutoff overall cutoff in CAT for IIM Nagpur minimum percentile needed is 90 in general category. Seeing your academics you have good chances of getting selected in IIM Nagpur as you have 1 year work experience too though IIMs do not give marks
