Yes the college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment needed. The libraries and laboratories and sport centers are well maintained and contain all the necessary essentials. The living places are neat ,clean and tidy but the students have no access to WiFi and use of mobile phones in the classroom is prohibited.

I am a prefinal student in btech ECE. The quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is updated often and particularly lab sessions are good. The college provides placement training for students before placements!

I personally have not attended placements till now mine starts from next year but our campus has good record of placements in both core companies and IT firms. And the highest package goes till 10 lpa.

For btech course our college charges around 2.5 lpa which is a bit higher for a average middle class family. But for the placement I think our money is worth. And our campus is more affordable than the other two.

Many cultural activities are conducted in campus and department symposiums are conducted which is nice and good. The staffs are friendly and supportive. The location of the college is inside the city limits which is a greater boon which reduces the travelling time to reach the college.

Yes ,our campus has a nice infrastructure . For students, there are enough space to accommodate and there are big labs with highly facilitated equipment's . The srm good foods is cheap and best quality food . It is well maintained.

I'm an ECE student and that is my interest . Our syllabus is updated version of other institution syllabus. The staffs are very experienced and knowledgeable. After the graduation , placements are ready with enough jobs

Our rate of placements is above 70 percent . The salary package offered is 41.2 lakh per annum to a cs student. Average package is around 5 to 6 lakh . The placements is a easy process that our heads will take care of us.

It depends on the course for btech it is around 2 lakh per year . Enough though of its cost ,it is worth for it. International syllabus and practical labs with high rated staffs . Plenty more are there to say.

Our campus life is the bestest .yes our staffs are little bit strict and they are supportive too. There are culturals and grand events are held for each department . Only 70 percent attendance is needed

SRM has an good infrastructure, provide great facilites and top notch equipment to their student's. All the classrooms are smart classroom and the laboratories have high end equipments. The canteen has always maintained an high hygiene environment for the students.

I'm pursuing my final year in Electronics and Communications Engineering. The faculties are very friendly and the quality of the teaching is high.The curriculum is good and it can be better by more of practical teaching.

The quality of placements that SRM provides are amazing the placed percentage of previous years students are the proof for it. The average salary provided by the companies are 4L to 7L PA. The placement process wasn't easy it was a rigorous process indeed.

The course duration was 4 year program and the cost per year was 2L per year is the tution fees and along with that you have pay the book fees and career development fees and its mandatory to pay these fees.

The one best thing about this college is the campus life. There are lot of activities such as NSS, NCC,various department club activities and the intra college cultural fest. The college campus is located inside the city and facilities are within a kilometers radius.

College campus is well maintained, neat and clean it is completely secured there are 5 to 6 blocks and a food court which common for the whole campus and other than that there are 2 other food courts and a good vehicle parkinh . There is a library which is operated till 8 pm m

The quality of teaching and the education is great ! The staffs are quite friendly and are ready to clear your doubts any time and also they tend to teach us the practically and also help us gain the atmost knowledge .

Many companies come and almost everyone gets placed and the negative part is students have to travel to the main campus which is kattankulathur to attend their placement drives .which is really a tiring process

Fees for me was 2.60 lakh per year.

It's not up to the mark. But though it's developing year by year. Hope we'll have a better infrastructure in the upcoming years. As its in the path of development so let's hope for the best in future.

The academic of the college is far better than the other campuses. It's because the faculty members are much more sincere with their students and their work. They give much interest to their students.

The placement of this College is awesome. As much as I know it's worth it for the students. There are some more than 2 to 3 international companies visiting every year. So overall placement is awesome

A named college and really appreciable.

Its not a huge campus, small and conjusted with 3 buildings. There are building which are known by names like BMS, Admin, amd BBC where BBC is the basketball court where students play 4-5 sports like football cricket in their confined spaces unluckily. Its only 25 acre campus whereas KTR is 250 acre. So compare.

Rmp campus is mainly for academics and they have no functions or even freshers is not there. Teachers are tamilians only and you basically have to study from pdf before exam. Linguistic issues can occur at time sif you are nit south indian. You have CT's every month and tgen semesters.

One worthy thing is campus placemnets, down the line after your degree completion SRM ensures you 100% placement that is averagely 3-5Lpa though but they make sure you don't go empty handed as more than 500 companies come over.

You spend 20-25L for your degree in this private college overall and it all depemds on you and your caliber how good a placement are you able to grab. For the rest college might not serve you as worthy, but it's not the place that makes it fun , but the people around. So find your grouo of friends and it might feel worthy once you're in

There's literally campus life equal to nil because there are no events aur fests or even freshers. Plus you have to wear traditionals daily. Jeans and western is prohibited in campus. KTR the main campus has a fantastic campus life so ymif you're looking for academics rmp is the choice but if camous life then KTR.

College should be a mix of fun and study, for a better future, find your ways to make it by yourself.

College is not so big as compared to the main branch i.e Kattankulathur . But if you have a lot of money and have no choice then you can go for it. On the name of sports ground we just have a basketball ground i.e also known as BBC by SRMites. Wi-fi facility is also not available neither in classes nor libraries. Sometimes pure water is also not available in hostels. They provide hygienic food and keep living room and washroom clean and hygienic.

Professors of this institute focus only on Theoretical knowledge instead of practical knowledge. They also schedule extra classes for the below average students and also take test on monthly basis. However, they provide lot of assignments to their students and sometimes it become a burden for the students. And, they also arrange many curriculum activities for the benefits of their students. They just focus on your high CGPA not on your technical skills.

They gave assurance for the 100% placement before the admission. However, they give placement only 70% placement to their students. and every person not get placement of 10-12 LPA. Mostly, they provide average package of 3-4 LPA. But belong the student of Ramapuram you should have to focus only on your technical skills. Because at the time of placement your technical knowledge will be checked not your CGPA.

Tution Fee is different for all the courses as aerospace engineering. For CSE tution fee is 2 LPA. But including tution fee you have also to pay book and intellects fee. They only provide you books that are never used. I don't think its money worth but if you want to gain knowledge so just don't depend on teachers try to interact with your seniors.

Campus life is all about friends. One of the best thing about college is seniors organize different events on saturday and everyone can participate in these events and seriously you will learn lots of things that will be useful for you. And different department also organize different events so everyone can participate.

Just make good friends and college life will become really amazing.

1. Campus is not that much big in comparison with the main branch i.e KTR. 2. Maximum times lifts doesn't work or it is overcrowded. 3. AC facility is not available in classrooms except computer labs. 4. There is no open wifi networks for the students to use anywhere in the campus, even the hostel wifi is restricted from 4 pm to 10 pm(when we come back to hostel). 5.Now if we talk about sports facilities there is nothing but a basketball court also k/w as BBC ground which is not so large.

The faculty in SRM Ramapuram are very concerned about the academic performance. As, I am a Computer science student and I heard alot that it is the best institute for engineering but it's not so true. Here the teacher's main focus is marks. They monitor performance of every student in class. And also take test every week , special classes for below average students . But sometimes assignments are burden here. Almost all classes in all departments in Ramapuram have a pass percentage over 90%.

If you are student of Ramapuram , then try concentrating more on your core knowledge. Placements are good ,lots of companies come every year. But the placement cell is common to all campuses. They assure for 100% placement. It totally depends on student , for some its best who have gains knowledge properly but for some its worst who did nothing in 4 years. The highest went upto 41lpa (CSE). The average package stays upto 5-6 lpa but some get around 3-4 lpa & it totally depend upon your knowledge

Tution fee for Computer science and engineering is 2 lakh. With tution fee you have also to pay book fee and axis intellects fee. And if you are not an alumni then also the hostel fee and mess fee. i can't say that I am not getting my money's worth as there is advantage and disadvantage of everything . But if you want to explore yourself then it's the place where you can explore yourself.

Life is not so cool as compared to main campus but Rmp is in the city so you are in city limits and outings are affordable too. College life is totally about friends . There are some of the good things about college that every week senior students organize some technical and non technical events, so everyone can particiapte in the events. And the worst thing is that if you are participating in any other department's event so you will be marked absent in your class if u don't have present od.

If you have good friends then its going to be an amazing experience. SRM ramapuram is best among all of its campuses.

The college is spread over a vast area and has good infrastructure. The hostels are clean and the hostellers also have a seperate mess. There is a huge basketball court and a gymnasium for the students. There's a central library as well as a seperate library for each department. There's free WiFi available for all students. It also has a food court that provides diverse dishes which is hygienic and not expensive.

I am a student of architecture. The faculties are well-experienced and well-taught. A lot of different methods of imparting knowledge is being used by the faculties for successful tutoring. Various electives such as foreign languages or subjects that add value to the course can be chosen by the students to enhance their knowledge. The academic regulations for the course gave been well regulated and meticulously followed.

The college conducts recruitment drives by which more than 75% students are hired. Most of the students attending placement are hand-picked by top companies. Hence the institution is an ideal stepping stone for a bright career.

SRM Ramapuram is one the branches of SRM Institute of Science and Technology. It is a city campus located in Chennai. It gives easy accessibility to the airport,metro and other modes of transport.

The college has a very big growing potential. The students have a lot of things to explore and should make use of the opportunity and grow up. Classrooms are equipped with smartboards and also have installed cctv surveillance. Hostels are clean and regularly disinfected. Every hostels are provided with wifi, data center and good security services.

Speaking of the academics, the college provides a lot of opportunities for the students. Apart from regular curriculum there are many other extracurricular activities and co-curriculur activities. It tied up with reputed and well known institutions like TIME, LIVEWIRE and also with platforms like Coursera and Udemy. Only thing is that the students should make use of the great opportunities .

SRM is distintly known for its placement opportunities it gives. It houses a Limca book of records for the placement. Many tech giants like Google, Adobe and others are known to recruit. The average salary package was 3.6 LPA and has a highest placement of 42 LPA.

Course fees for the courses are like 2.5 LPA including the books and equipments fees and the best part is the placement training fees. From the very first year students are taught how to become established Professionals and corporates. Basically if one wants then it's worth it. Because apart from these students also gets opportunity to learn and develop new skills and get certified from reputed institutions like LIVEWIRE and CADDcenter. Efforts are required to make the jorney worth it.

College campuses are always a pleasant place to students. However the thing that separates SRM from the rest is the regular fests and other departmental and club events that it houses. But the best part of it is the senior-junior relationship. Truly it's the best thing that anyone can say about. Students can also join different clubs according to their interests.

Overall it has been a good experience with the college.
