Both Manipal University and Amity University are good choices for an MCA. They differ, however, in focus as well as in the mode of learning.
Manipal University has made a name for itself with its excellent academic standards, NAAC A++ accreditation, and lovely campus facilities. It provides on-campus as well as online MCA degrees with the option to specialize in AI, ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing, along with a comprehensive study. If you passed Physics practicals previously and appeared for the theory in the betterment exam but were absent in practicals this time, your earlier practical marks will be considered. You won't fail solely due to being absent in the practical.

Amity Noida, specifically Amity Business School (ABS), is a decent option for an MBA in HR. The university has solid industry ties and infrastructure. It does, however, have advantages and disadvantages like any other institution. I would recommend you to perform in-depth study and think about individual priorities before taking admission.
