IITRAM Ahmedabad Placements

IITRAM Ahmedabad provides Industrial Internships to the students to help them in the holistic development of the curriculum. IITRAM median salary is Rs 4.87 Lakhs and Rs 4.32 Lakhs respectively. IITRAM placements and also help them to understand all the industrial norms. During IITRAM placements 2023, 76 UG students and 7 PG students were placed.

Students are also offered summer internship programmes at IITRAM Ahmedabad with the intent of imparting knowledge and helping them to implement practically during classroom training for a certain period of time. There have been very little to no placements in our college till now. People are looking for off campus opportunities via social media and company careers website. Few Electrical students have been placed and only one mechanical student in TCS and cognizant.

Placements are not good here. It is a new college so not many recruiters know about IITRAM. Torrent group, TCS, CTS, Wipro are the only companies visited till now. I did not get a chance to sit for placements yet.

Placements

I got a chance to sit for Torrent Power interview but could not clear it. Not many companies have visited our college because of COVID and less popularity in Ahmadabad. TCS, Wipro and HCL are the only few reputed companies for multidisciplinary fields.

Sir,how good is civil engineering branch at IITRAM,Ahmedabad.What is the percentage of students getting placements in the above branch?

Hi,

Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management has been established by the Government of Gujarat as an Autonomous University and has been mandated to bring about significant change in Engineering Education with respect to Technical and Managerial knowledge in the area of Infrastructure.

Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management offers Bachelor and Master of Technology programs in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. The Institute also offers Ph.D. studies in various fields in Basic Sciences, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences. The medium of instruction is English and the examination is also conducted in English.

As compared to any other colleges in Gujarat, IITRAM is best choice for doing civil engineering. Most of the faculties of IITRAM are from IITs and NITs. All of the faculties hold PhD degree in their respective areas of interest mostly from reputed IITs. Also student to professor ratio is almost 10:1 which is better than any other regional institute. Also now comes the placement, that too had happened and average package of civil branch was almost between 3 to 4 lakh. All the students were given opportunity to sit for the placements.
