IIM Mumbai (NITIE) Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

Indian Institute of Management Mumbai admissions are offered to MBA, MBA Sustainability Management, MBA Operations and Supply Chain Management and PGDM Executive Visionary Leaders for Manufacturing through CAT. Based on the scores in these entrance exams, the cutoff of IIM Mumbai will be released.

• IIM Mumbai MBA admission is based on the CAT exam, followed by group discussion and personal interview.
  
• CAT 2025 exam will be held on November 30, 2025 for admissions to the MBA programme. 
• IIM Mumbai 1-year Blended Postgraduate in Financial Economics and Management Admission: Interview will be held from December 8-13, 2025 and January 12-17, 2026
• CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-JRF are entrance exams accepted for admissions to IIM Mumbai. 
• NITIE Mumbai application fee for general category students is Rs 2000, and for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates is Rs 1000.

Those who clear the cutoff will be shortlisted for further rounds of PI to be conducted for the final IIM Mumbai admissions 2025. For IIM Mumbai admissions to the Fellow Programme in Management, candidates can apply through CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-JRF.

• Visit the official website, nitie.ac.in, and click on the admission portal.
• Register yourself by entering your category, registration number, email address, full name, date of birth, and password. You will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials.
• Login with your email address and password and fill out the application form with your personal, academic, and professional details.
• Upload the scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and relevant documents as per the specifications given in the application form.
• Pay the application fee through online mode using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
• Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

To get admission to MBA and PGDM at the IIM Mumbai, candidates need to appear for the CAT exam. The selection process for NITIE admission for the MBA programme consists of the following stages:

• The candidates will be shortlisted based on their CAT scores and other parameters like reservation category, gender diversity and many more.

• Candidates for PGDM are selected based on aptitude test and interview.

• The shortlisted candidates will be called to the IIM Mumbai campus for personal interviews. The PI process will evaluate the candidates’ communication skills, analytical abilities, leadership potential, and general awareness.

• The final selection will be based on academic performance and work experience. 

IIM Mumbai MBA- PGPEX Admission Process

• Meet NITIE Mumbai eligibility criteria for MBA PGPEX.
• Appear and qualify for the IIM Mumbai Admission Test (IMAT). Students having valid scores in CAT/GMAT/GRE need not appear for IMAT. 
• Students are shortlisted for personal interview based on performance in the entrance exams. 
• Final selection is based on CAT / GMAT / GRE/ GATE scores, Class 10th and 12th marks, graduation marks, work experience and personal interview.

The selection process for IIM Mumbai admission 2025 for the Fellow Programme in Management consists of the following stages:

• Short-listing: Candidates will be shortlisted based on CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-JRF scores. 

• Written Test, Research Presentation and Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates must then appear for the IIM Mumbai written test, Research Presentation and Personal Interview. 

• Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the qualifying Exam Score, IIM Mumbai Written Test, Research Presentation (RP), Personal Interview (PI) and Past Academic performance.
