Yes, you are eligible for pursuing M.Tech with 6.5 CGPA.
Candidates must have minimum 50 percentage in their B.E/ B.Tech/ B.S (4 years) from a recognised College or University to get eligible for most of the Colleges.
Admission into M.E/ M.Tech courses is based on merit obtained in qualifying exam or entrance exam like GATE, PGCET, etc.
Average course fees is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3,50,000 depending upon the College. M.E/ M.Tech is usually 2 years Post Graduation degree course in Engineering/ Technology.
