Cut off Mark's is also called as qualifying Marks. For any examination conducted by state or national or private universities, there is certain mark called as cut off mark released by that particular state level or national level or private universities examination. If a student crosses that mark, then the student is eligible to a seat in the college. The cut off mark differs from category to category. For example jee main cut off mark for oc category is 89 percentile. Like wise so on and so forth.
