The NIT Uttarakhand provides hostel accommodation and amenities within the campus. The NIT Uttarakhand hostel fees are determined by the administration, which may vary from year to year. Students have to pay the mess, electricity, and water charges in advance. After actual payment is done, the remaining balance amount gets transferred to the student's account. Students can opt out of the mess, but not first-year students, anytime at the beginning of the month. After the No Dues certificate is issued, only then will students receive the balance mess advance. Candidates need to pay the seat rent, mess fee advance, and electricity & water charges separately. No adjustment against the charges paid to CSAB. As the students avail of the hostel facility, no refund of seat rent after cancellation.
